The Resolute Group at the Highways UK event 🚧

This week, The Resolute Group had the pleasure of attending the Highways UK Event at the NEC – and what a fantastic experience it was! It was a mix of business and pleasure, with over 11,000 steps taken throughout the day, and many clients met both existing and new.

The team had productive meetings with contractors/consultancies. Our tip is to go prepared, and pre-plan the companies and people you need to speak to. This event is so vast you can quickly lose your day just talking and networking to anyone and everyone.

Most of the larger companies have coffee baristas on their stand for free tea, coffee and hot chocolate. This year is the first year we have seen water stations set up around the area, and we think this is a perfect balance to keep you hydrated across the day. 👏

The many exciting stands with goodies and games kept us entertained between meetings and keynote speeches. And of course, plenty of chocolate to fuel us through the day. Huge thanks to the organisers and all the speakers for sharing their knowledge and passion, as well as the sponsors for the event.

It was great to catch up with familiar faces and meet new connections, we’re looking forward to next year’s event with The Resolute Group team!
